Matt Wardle is a Liverpool born photographer and a director of Black and Ginger, one of the North West's most innovative and creative design agencies.
Currently Matt is working on several projects including '3662008', a collaboration coffee table book being published by Cities 500 and documenting every day during the Liverpool Capital of Culture year. 'Boat people', a documentary of the boat people around the River Mersey, specifically the sailors of the Morcambe Bay Prawners. An ongoing project called 'closed', focusing on the small disused shops and industry spaces around the Liverpool and further afield. Also this year, Matt Wardle and well known music photographer Mark Mcnulty will be working on a new industry backed fashion and music based book that will be released by their micro publishing house 'popcultured'.
