Started is June 2007 'Closed' is a study of disused spaces left un-noticed and decaying gradually over time. From boarded up corner shops to huge empty warehouses, 'Closed' originated in the small fishing harbour's of the east coast of Scotland but has expanded to take an in depth look into the demise of small industries across the UK. Currently my focus has been turned to my home town of Liverpool which is undergoing huge re-generation within the city center, while on outlining areas more and more building fall into disrepair and are left decaying and unused.
